Positive: Godt utstyrt og praktisk leilighet. Fin beliggenhet, trikk rett utenfor, 15 minutter til sentrum. 10 min gange til vårt hovedformål, Øyafestivalen. Mange butikker, og steder å kjøpe god mat. Rolig område.
Negative: Sterk kjemisk lukt av det ene settet med sengetøy. Lakenet på en andre sengen var fortsatt fuktig da vi kom og måtte tørkes. Kjipe og slitte håndklær. Dinglete dusjdør.

Good central location for stay in Oslo
Positive: Good size apartment. Good location with tram access on front street. Responsive host/manager.
Negative: No complementary coffee or tea. No washing machine soap. Oven/stovetop can stop working due to error code. Key pick-up a convenience store a few blocks away is rather unusual. No hand soap in kitchen. Bathroom hand soap and kitchen dish soap almost empty.
