Cozy Studio in Frogner by Aker Brygge

Positive: The flat is centrally located, just one tram stop away from the National Theatre railway, tram and underground stations. Despite its size, it is perfect even for two people staying there for a few days; it is on the first floor of a quiet building with a lift. Negative: Collecting the keys was an extremely stressful experience and incredibly inconvenient, as we were supposed to collect them using a code at a supermarket located a long way from the flat – if only the keys had actually been there! The landlord sent the code a few hours before check-in on the day of our arrival, but the code didn’t work, so we couldn’t collect the keys! The owner then directed us to another location, a different supermarket, where we finally collected the key using a new code. And then we had to find the flat. The whole thing felt like taking part in an obstacle course in an unfamiliar city with two heavy pieces of luggage: first, find the key collection point – which wasn’t there – then the next key collection point, and finally the flat, which is an extraordinary challenge in a completely new city. And the owner even expects you to return the key to the very same place where you collected it!

Positive: Beliggenheten Negative: Senga. Vi ble der i bare ett døgn.

Positive: Super beliggenhed. Tæt på byen, tæt på transport, tæt på i indkøb. Der var hvad vi skulle bruge. Stille og roligt. Negative: Sengen er ikke god. Meget langt til sted for nøgle afhentning og aflevering.

Utydelig totalpris før betaling. Leiligheten var også dårlig luftet og hadde en ubehagelig lukt. Positive: Jeg likte at verten var hyggelig og tilgjengelig på telefon. Leiligheten hadde en veldig god beliggenhet, med gangavstand til det meste, rett ved Aker Brygge. Negative: Prisen som ble vist ved bestilling var 1 200 kr for to netter, men totalprisen ble 2 200 kr etter skatt og rengjøring. Dette var ikke tydelig før betaling, og jeg ville ikke bestilt dersom totalprisen var oppgitt på forhånd. Leiligheten var også dårlig luftet og hadde en ubehagelig lukt, som ga inntrykk av at den ikke var godt vedlikeholdt.

Insektselskab Positive: Ok plads. Negative: Rundt om køkkenvasken var der repareret med mørkebrun silicone, grimt og uhygiejnisk. Jeg kunne heller ikke lide de tyske kakerlakker der kravlede rundt på køkkenbord og gulv.
