Local apartment / location, made challenging by lack of information about how to work everything Positive: Lovely apartment marred by lack of information about how things worked! Paul was very helpful in answering all of our questions, when we had to call him (but if information had been available we would not have had to call him). Negative: Trying to get in the main door - needs much better instructions. No instructions for working the blinds, the cooker, the washing machine, the tumble dryer etc. no local tourist information.

Jeszcze tu wrócę :) Positive: Wspaniałe miejsce z widokiem na zatokę. Doskonale, bo wszędzie blisko, także do przystanku. Świetne restauracje i lody w zasięgu 2 minut spaceru. Negative: Wszystko było super.

Ground floor flat with good views. Positive: The location of this flat was great, especially if you like views over a lake. Bit of a walk from Central station as no public transport goes out to this waterfront. Flat was clean, well equipped. Lots of restaurants and saunas nearby. We only braved the cold fiord once, but there are lots of places to enter the water. Negative: Gaining entry to this property seemed to be a lot more difficult than necessary. We had a bit of a nightmare getting to Oslo as the finger print scanner broke down at the airport and we had a two hour queue to get into the country. Then my phone refused to work with Norwegian Networks. Consequently I did not pick up the message with the key code. So we arrived at the property to find the key was actually located about a kilometer away and we needed a code we didn't have. This arrival did not give a good first impression. Don't know why the key has to be so far away and why they would not send a code until the day of travel.
