Recommended. Positive: The location is great, the apartment was clean and the host was very friendly and prepared to help. Also very quick in answering any questions. Negative: The kitchen is not funcional enough - there is no pan or any coocking dishes to prepare a quick meal. The bathroom (wetroom) is ok, but an antislip rubber over the tiles is missing (you have to be very careful). In that sense, just a small investment of 100-200 euros (kitchen & bathroom) in some accesorise in the apartment would greatly engance the quality of accommodation.

Molta attenzione. Positive: La posizione. Negative: Punto 1. Nessuno ti avverte che nella struttura non c'è un ascensore. La nostra camera era al 4 piano con scale molto difficili e, francamente, non l'avevo proprio capito fino a che, dopo aver pagato, non l'hanno scritto specificatamente. Pensavo di essere stupido io per non essermene accorto, ma ad un'altra coppia di Italiani arrivati qualche giorno dopo di noi, è successa la stessa cosa. Punto 2. Le scale per arrivare erano sporchissime. Ho segnalato la cosa e mi hanno risposto che avvertivano l'amministratore, ma purtroppo non riuscivano a fare niente!!! (N.B. il foglio che riportava le attività di pulizia era fermo al 23 dicembre 2025). Punto 3. Non lasciatevi ingannare dalle foto. Il prezzo è tra i più bassi, per carità, ma si capisce anche il motivo. Punto 4. Manca un armadio, ma manca anche un punto qualsiasi dove aprire la valigia. Punto 5. Scrivono alloggio con due stanze da letto, ma in realtà ce n'è solo una. Punto 6. Mancano padelle e pentole, quindi del cucinino te ne fai poco.

Ist nicht so. Es gibt nur einen einzigen Raum. Das Zimmer ist im obersten Stock Sehr steile Treppe. Dies ist nicht kommuniziert. Das Treppenhaus wurde seit ewiger Zeit nicht mehr gereinigt. grusig. Unter dem Bett hatte es viel Staub und ein Tampon.

Positive: Savršena lokacija, sve atrakcije su izuzetno blizu. Domaćin je bio nevjerojatno ljubazan i pristupačan, uvijek na raspolaganju ako što zatrebamo. Sve preporuke! Ja se jedva čekam vratiti
