Central Cozy Studio at Sørengkaia by Munch & Opera

The studio was a great location and very comfortable. Positive: The location to the city center in Oslo was great. Negative: Key pick up.

Great place for solo traveling Positive: The location is great. You can reach the central station and major bus or tram lines within 10min walking. Restaurants and supermarkets are very close by. On my arrival, the place was clean and tidy. The apartment offers almost anything you need during a solo trip. Many of the toiletries were already supplied, which was a nice surprise, as I thought I need to bring everything myself. The bed is “only” a sofa bed but I slept pretty well in it. Check-in was well described and communication with the owner was always nice and friendly. Currently there’s a construction site next to the building, but it shouldn’t bother when you spend most of your time on sightseeing etc. Negative: I was missing a frying pan as I bought some eggs for dinner (I ended up boiling them). Maybe that’s because the owner doesn’t want you to fry anything in the apartment, which I totally understand. Personally I just would have liked to use a pan for some dishes. Potentially add a few more kitchen towels. There were more than enough paper towels, but drying the dishes feels more comfortable with the towel.

Muy buena estadia Positive: El departamento es un monoambiente pequeño pero muy bien equipado (lavarropas, pava eléctrica, una cafetera, etc y la cortesía de te y café. Muchos enchufes y WiFi. El barrio, a pesar de que hay muchas construcciones, es muy lindo, lleno de canales y puentes, todo nuevo. La información para llegar es muy clara. Se hace self check in.. Negative: Sólo con afán de que sea aún mejor: la cama es un sofá cama, que es excelente si uno vive, pero en realidad sería mejor si hubiera una cama o al menos un buen colchón. El colchón es duro (claro, es el sofá) y no hay donde apoyar el celular cerca de la cama. Los enchufes de la cocina están muy altos, por ej. la pava eléctrica no se llega a enchufar ahí. No hay shampoo. Creo que sería un buen detalle
